As a product designer, I bring a background in graphic design to my work. My focus is on B2C products, where I create and improve end-to-end products. My background in graphic design has given me a unique perspective on user experience and I have a user-centric approach. My goal is to make a positive impact on people's lives through my work.

My creative process is tailored to the unique needs of each project. I believe that each project has its specific profile, deadline, and budget, so I use a variety of tools such as interviews, matrices, and design thinking methods to gather information and deeply understand the scope of the project. This allows me to approach each project with a fresh perspective and develop design solutions tailored to the specific needs of the project and the user. In general, my process consists of:
<aside> 🔍 Discovery In the discovery phase, I engage in stakeholder conversations, conduct market research to understand the competition, and review all relevant data, reports, and documentation available so far. This is the moment when user interviews and surveys are paramount. If necessary, I create personas to represent users and use storytelling techniques to build empathy between the design team and the target audience.

<aside> 💡 Ideation During the ideation phase, I focus on understanding the user journey and identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement. This includes creating wireframes in specialized tools like Figma and performing usability tests, both synchronous and asynchronous, to validate the design. Use all the insights gleaned from these tests to iterate on the design and create a final interface that effectively meets the user's needs. Additionally, I facilitate design critiques with the rest of the product team to gather feedback and perspectives from other professionals, which helps ensure the final design is complete and meets the needs of all stakeholders.

<aside> 📊 Delivery During the delivery phase, I work closely with the development team to ensure the design is implemented correctly. After product launch, I use metrics and tools like Hotjar to monitor usability, analyze user difficulties and perform A/B tests when necessary. This allows me to gather valuable feedback and identify areas for improvement to iterate on the design to deliver a better user experience.
